Vivaldi Four Seasons

Only Dmitry Sinkovsky, hailed as “fiery and agile” by The Seattle Times, can leap from a revenge aria showcasing his steely countertenor voice to the violin wizardry of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. He shares the spotlight with Seattle Symphony members in a spirited Concerto Grosso.

Dmitry Sinkovsky

Conductor and Violin and Countertenor

Born in Moscow, Dmitry Sinkovsky attended the city’s Tchaikovsky Conservatory, studying with Professor Alexander Kirov from 2001-2005. Combining his studies with tours to Europe, Dmitry also undertook baroque violin lessons with early music pioneer Maria Leonhardt. Since graduating Dmitry has regularly been invited to lead from the violin and to perform as a soloist with orchestras and ensembles such as Il Complesso barocco (Italy), Concerto Koln (Germany), Helsinki Baroque Orchestra (Finland) and more.
