Opening Night Concert with Renée Fleming

*Music Director Ludovic Morlot has withdrawn from his Opening Night Concert & Gala appearance due to injury. Associate Conductor Pablo Rus Broseta will conduct in his place.*

Be part of the glamour of Opening Night as renowned soprano and three- time Grammy Award® winner Renée Fleming joins Music Director Ludovic Morlot and the Symphony. Fleming’s repertoire spans artists such as Richard Strauss, Mozart and Handel, while encompassing French opera, chansons, jazz and indie rock. Helping kick off the season are performances of two spectacular pieces by Icelandic singer-songwriter Björk, from her albums Homogenic and Biophilia.
